Return Eligibility

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  2. Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Items Excluded from Returns

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Intimate Apparel: Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear for hygienic reasons.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.

Initiating a Return

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at rageattire@yahoo.com within the designated return period. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).

Return Shipping

  1. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective item).

  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the item is received.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

  1. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping fees.

  2. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
